The Journey: 90 Countries & A Global Vision
In my 20s, while working in Japan, I used my vacations to travel abroad and explore the world. By the time I reached my 30s, I decided to study abroad to prepare for a new challenge: working on luxury cruise ships.
Our People: The Heart of Pioneering Brightly
Living and working at sea was a turning point. On those ships, I lived, ate, and worked alongside colleagues from countless different nations. Sharing daily life with people from so many backgrounds completely reshaped my perspective.
Through these experiences—combining my travels and my years at sea—I have visited approximately 90 countries. I’ve made friends all over the globe, and I’ve come to understand the hearts and cultures of people from other countries in a way I never could have by staying only in Japan.
Our Philosophy: Empowering People
Now, at the foot of the sacred Kanda Myojin Shrine, I believe that people are the foundation of everything. I want to build a team where every member is a “pioneer” of their own life. In a busy world, we aim to lead a new way of working through the energy of inbound tourism.
